1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rene’s Glow Luxe website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using this site.

2.Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

3.Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on service complexity and duration. Payment is expected at the time of service; we accept cash and mobile money payments.

All prices shown during the Grand Opening are promotional and may differ from standard rates.

4.Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while on our premises. Any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other clients or staff may result in being asked to leave.

5.Product & Service Guarantees

We strive to provide the highest quality services. However, results may vary based on individual hair, skin, and nail conditions. We recommend communicating any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. Our team uses professional-grade products and tools.

6.Limitation of Liability

Rene’s Glow Luxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or services. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site. All services are provided as-is, and results are not guaranteed.

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of Rene’s Glow Luxe and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without express written permission is prohibited.

8.Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation in Taifa, Ghana.
